Elizalde: «Todas las fuerzas políticas tienen el derecho legítimo de competir por construir mayorías»

Ministro Segpres abordó el acuerdo que permitió la llegada de Karol Cariola (PC) a la presidencia de la Cámara Baja junto al militante del PDG, Gaspar Rivas, en una de las vicepresidencias.

El ministro Secretario General de la Presidencia (Segpres), defendió el acuerdo que permitió a la diputada del PC, Karol Cariola llegar a la presidencia de la Cámara de Diputados, con el parlamentario del PDG, Gaspar Rivas, en una de las vicepresidencias. 

«Ayer se dio una señal importante respecto de que tenemos un sistema político diverso y todas las fuerzas políticas tienen el derecho legítimo a competir por construir mayorías para presidir una Cámara del Congreso Nacional», dijo Elizalde en conversación con T13 Radio. 

El titular de la Segpres añadió que «se estableció que un integrante del PDG no sólo iba a ser parte de la mesa, si no que en algún momento iba a presidir y bueno, cada fuerza política determina quien lo representa». 

Frente a la administración del sistema político ante la diversidad de colectividades, Elizalde planteó que «estamos frente a un nivel de atomización del sistema político que hace muy difícil la construcción de mayorías en el Congreso y particularmente en la Cámara».
