PDI saca de circulación 224 kilos de cannabis que serían distribuidas en regiones de Valparaíso y Metropolitana

Las sustancias ilícitas fueron ubicadas e incautadas en Petorca y Los Vilos.
Funcionarios de la Policía de Investigaciones (PDI), en el marco de acciones con el propósito de ubicar cultivos de cannabis sativa, incautaron más de 224 kilos de la sustancia ilícita en las comunas de Petorca y Los Vilos, al interior de la Región de Valparaíso.
Según lo informado por el comisario Cristian Villalón, “esta es época de cosecha y extracción de plantas de marihuana por parte de las organizaciones criminales dedicadas al cultivo y comercialización de la misma, por lo tanto, nos enfocamos en ubicar sectores de acopio”.
Además, indicó que la droga tenía como finalidad ser distribuida en las regiones Metropolitana y Valparaíso y que, por instrucción del Ministerio Público, fue entregada al Servicio Médico Legal para su destrucción.
