El formalizado fue sorprendido cuando llegaba al edificio en medio de una velatón por el can.
Tras ser formalizado y quedar con arresto domiciliario acusado de arrojar a un perrito desde el piso 12 y provocarle la muerte, fue sorprendido en la velatón por el can donde ocurrió el hecho y fue agredido por los vecinos.
El formalizado fue sorprendido cuando llegaba al edificio en medio de una velatón por el perro. Los vecinos al reconocerlo lo golpearon, por lo que debieron intervenir funcionarios municipales de seguridad y luego efectivos de Carabineros que lo protegieron.
El sujeto debía permanecer en la casa de sus padres por orden judicial. De la Maza se encuentra bajo arresto domiciliario total y arraigo nacional decretado por el 7° Juzgado de Garantía de Santiago, tras ser formalizado por los delitos de maltrato animal con resultado de muerte, lesiones menos graves, porte de arma corto punzante en vía pública y tráfico de pequeñas cantidades de droga.
