Condenan a 8 años de cárcel a sujeto por violación y abuso de su hijastra en Cartagena

El hombre de 50 años enfrentó un juicio oral en que lo hallaron culpable de dos delitos cometidos contra una menor de edad.
Por dos delitos de connotación sexual cometidos en contra de su hijastra menor de edad fue sentenciado esta semana un sujeto de 50 años en la comuna de Cartagena.
El imputado enfrentó un juicio en el Tribunal Oral en lo Penal de San Antonio, donde la fiscalía lo imputó ser autor de los delitos de violación y abuso sexual en que atacó a su hijastra en momentos en que quedaba al cuidado de ella, por lo cual deberá pasar un total de ocho años en la cárcel.
En la instancia, el aprehendido, identificado con las iniciales R.I., negó todos los cargos que existían en su contra y expuso que se trató de un intento de enlodar su nombre, argumentando además que luego de los ataques sexuales por los que se le acusaban la menor siguió viviendo con él, lo que a su modo de ver daba cuenta de que no ocurrieron los ilícitos.
