El tribunal decretó prisión preventiva para Josué Ramírez, Wuliberth Olivares y Yolvi González, los tres acusados del crimen del mayor Emmanuel Sánchez.
La audiencia de formalización se realizó este domingo, luego de que durante la semana la Fiscalía solicitó ampliar la detención de los imputados por el caso.
El carabinero falleció luego de un intercambio de disparos con un grupo de cinco atacantes. Uno de ellos, un extranjero que se encontraba con orden de expulsión vigente desde 2020, murió producto del tiroteo.
El tribunal decretó un plazo de 180 días para la investigación.
