Abogados de víctimas del megaincendio en el Jardín Botánico anuncian querella contra la alcaldesa de Quilpué

Esta acción se sumará a la que ya se encuentra en curso contra Macarena Ripamonti y el director del parque.
«Creemos que está bastante determinado el tema de la responsabilidad no solo de la alcaldesa Ripamonti, sino también la alcaldesa (Valeria Melipillán) de Quilpué en contra de quien también presentamos querella por cuasiledito en los próximos días».
Así lo afirmó ayer, Mario Zumelzu, del estudio Zumelzu Cantellano Abogados, en representación de familiares de las víctimas del megaincendio de febrero pasado en el Jardín Botánico, tras la reunión sostenida con la fiscal regional, Claudia Perivancich, donde informaron acerca de avances respecto a las querellas presentadas a objeto de conocer el estado actual de la tramitación de dichas causas.
Sobre la responsabilidades de las autoridades, Cantellano apuntó a que «nos enfocamos en quien tiene las facultades y potestades legales de disponer de tantos medios económicos, financieros y humanos: en ambas autoridades (alcaldesas) se genera esa situación. Sobre el administrador, su responsabilidad está en el marco de la tragedia, pero dice relación al cumplimiento de protocolos internos de una fundación privada que administra ese parque».
