Desde el municipio, informaron que con las nuevas bases se permitió «tomar decisión en torno al cuidado de la marca y lo que significa para la comuna».
Hoy concluye el plazo para que los canales de televisión presenten sus ofertas para adjudicarse la licitación por el período 2025 al 2028 del Festival de Viña del Mar, y que tiene a Megamedia (junto con la productora Bizarro), Chilevisión (Lotus) y Canal 13, además de Televisión Nacional de Chile (TVN), entre sus interesados.
Acerca del tema que involucra las nuevas bases del Festival de la Canción, desde el municipio de la Ciudad Jardín, respondieron que «fueron redactadas tras un completo proceso de participación que incluyó reuniones de trabajo junto al Concejo Municipal, con los gremios turísticos de la ciudad, el rubro del espectáculo, la música y el arte, lo que permitió obtener información importante que fue considerada en el documento».
